Invite Coaches as Evaluators from the Teams Page

This article shows how to invite coaches to evaluate players from the Teams page. Coaches who are invited become evaluators and receive email invitations with access codes for the mobile app.

Invite one coach

1. Open Teams from the main navigation.
2. Find the team in the table.
3. In the Head Coach or Assistant Coach column, look for the warning icon next to a coach who has not been invited as an evaluator.
4. Click the warning icon, then choose the invite option shown in the tooltip.
5. In the Invite Coach as Evaluator confirmation dialog, click Send Invitation.

Invite coaches in bulk

1. Open Teams.
2. Select one or more teams in the table.
3. In the toolbar above the selected rows, click the send icon. Its tooltip says Make coaches evaluators and send invites.
4. In the confirmation dialog, click Yes, invite coaches.

What Bravara sends

Bravara invites head coaches and assistant coaches who have not already been invited to evaluate players. They receive emails with access codes to download the mobile app and start evaluating players.

Examples

• If evaluations have started and a coach was added late, invite that coach from the Teams page so they can start entering scores.
• If every team's coaches should help evaluate, select all teams in the table and use the bulk invite action.
