Understanding who can see evaluation ratings and notes is important for maintaining privacy and transparency within Bravara. Here's a clear breakdown:
Individual Evaluator Ratings
- Evaluators (Non-Admins): Only the evaluator can see their individual ratings directly within the evaluator interface.
- Organization Owners: Organization owners can see all individual evaluator ratings from every evaluator, with the exception of evaluator notes.
- Admin Evaluators: Admin evaluators cannot see individual evaluator ratings directly; they only see the aggregated average.
Evaluator Notes
- Notes added by evaluators are completely private.
- Neither organization owners, admins, nor other evaluators can see evaluator notes.
- Notes are solely for the evaluator's own reference.
Aggregated Ratings ("All Evaluators Average")
- Ratings from evaluators may be combined into an "All Evaluators Average."
- Organization owners select which individual evaluator ratings are included in this average, which is available to all evaluators.
- All evaluators and admin evaluators can see the aggregated "All Evaluators Average," but individual ratings contributing to this average remain anonymous.
Control Over Aggregated Ratings
- Organization owners (web users) decide if an evaluator's ratings contribute to the publicly visible "All Evaluators Average."
- Evaluators' ratings may be included or excluded from this average based on this selection by the organization owner.
Ratings and notes are secure and protected. Organization owners have visibility into individual evaluator ratings, but evaluator notes remain completely confidential and private.
