Export Players from Bravara

This article shows how to export players from Bravara. The export can include player information, teams, evaluations, contact information, custom fields, and original registration fields.

Export players

1. Open Players from the main navigation.
2. Above the players table, click Export.
3. In the Export Players dialog, choose one or more options in Divisions.
4. In the lower-right corner of the Export Players dialog, click Export.

What happens next

Bravara emails you the exported file when it is ready. Large divisions may take a few minutes.

What is included

• Player information and team assignments.
• Contact information.
• Custom fields from your player records.
• Evaluation averages for each evaluation category.
• Original import fields, marked with (Import) in the column header.

How import fields help

Import fields are preserved from earlier CSV imports. For example, if your original registration export included a registration software ID, that field can help you match players back to your registration system after teams are built or evaluations are complete.

Can I choose only some fields?

The export includes all available fields. After you receive the file, remove any columns you do not need before sharing it outside your organization.
