Move All Unassigned Players to Another Division

This article shows how to move every unassigned player from one division to another. Unassigned players are players who are not currently on a team.

Before you start

• Open the season and division you want to move players out of.
• The division must have at least one unassigned player.
• The same season must have another division available.

Move all unassigned players

1. Open Players from the main navigation.
2. Above the players table, click Move All Unassigned. The button also shows the number of unassigned players in parentheses.
3. In the Move ALL unassigned players to another division dialog, read the warning.
4. Click Select division and choose the destination division.
5. Click Yes, Move All Unassigned Player(s).

What moves

• Bravara moves all players in the current division who are not assigned to a team.
• Players who are already on teams stay in the current division.
• If you selected rows in the table before opening the dialog, Bravara still moves all unassigned players, not only the selected rows.
• Ratings transfer with the players.
• Evaluation IDs stay the same, so the destination division may have duplicate evaluation IDs.

Examples

• If 12U has a waitlist group after teams are built, move all unassigned players to a separate waitlist division.
• If players registered for the wrong age group and are not on teams yet, move them to the correct division before building teams.
