Removing a score from a player's evaluation

Overview

If a player was evaluated in a category they shouldn't have been (for example, a player who didn't try out as a catcher but has a catcher score), you can remove that score from their evaluation record in the mobile app.

How to remove a score

In the mobile app:

1. Open Evaluations
2. Select the division
3. Find and tap the player's name
4. Locate the category field you want to clear (for example, Catcher)
5. Erase all the digits in that field
6. Once the field is empty, the score is automatically removed

There is no separate delete button—clearing the field completely removes the score.

Important: Only the original evaluator can remove their own score

Each evaluator can only remove scores they entered themselves. If a different evaluator entered the score you need to remove, that person will need to clear it using their own login.

If you're unsure who entered a particular score, contact your league administrator with the player's name and they can look it up for you.
