Access Codes vs Email Invitations

Evaluators can join Bravara by email invitation or by entering an access code in the mobile app. Email invitations are the better choice for most leagues.

Send an email invitation

1. In the web app, open the Team Building section in the left navigation.
2. Click Evaluators.
3. Click Add evaluators near the top-right of the page.
4. Add the evaluator and send the invitation.

Email invitations give you the most control over who the evaluator is and how their scores are used.

Find access codes

1. Open Team Building in the left navigation.
2. Click Evaluators.
3. Click Access Codes near the top-right of the page.

The Access Codes window shows season or division codes when they are available. Evaluators enter those codes in the mobile app to get access without an email invitation.

Important difference

Access codes are useful when someone is standing at evaluations and needs quick access. But evaluators who join with a code have extra limits:

• Player names are hidden.
• Their scores are not included in averages.
• Changing those settings may require a paid plan.

Which one should I use?

Use Add evaluators and invite by email whenever you know who the evaluator is ahead of time.

Use Access Codes only as a backup for quick on-site access or when email invitations are not practical.
